• Coordinates work with EI&C contractors and prepare estimates, quotes & timelines for materials and labor within purchasing and contractor Safety procedures. • Work experience of Preventive/Breakdown Maintenance and Troubleshooting of Conventional Process Control Instruments. • Develop programs and perform changes for PLC based control systems to implement the defined control logic. • Supervising and undertaking electrical Works within a commercial environment. • Experienced with YOKOGAWA based DCS-CENTUM VP, (CS 3000) in terms of programming such as Logic charts, Sequence tables, Relation expressions & Various process related logic's with PID controller tuning. • Ensuring effective site management and discipline to ensure safe & timely execution of the projects • Supervision of overall activities in plant with safety precautions for ensuring a zero accident environment. • Review of P&IDs, creating instrument lists, I/O lists, control logic, logic flow sheets, and database. • Worked closely with mechanical and electrical installation teams to ensure smooth transitions in job hand-offs and project workflow. • Regularly collaborated with hardware vendors, manufacturers, outside contractors, and customers to the workflow. • Coordinate and work with other discipline Field Engineers and Designers • Organizing work schedules and maintaining worker time sheets. • Communicates directly with the production department and admin to coordinate maintenance and repair work in production \ plant & admin areas.

• Experienced with YOKOGAWA based DCS-CENTUM VP, (CS 3000) in terms of programming such as Logic charts, Sequence tables, Relation expressions & Various process related logics with PID controller tuning. • Programming of SIEMENS based PLC–S7 400(Step 7) with ladder logic's, Configuration of more than 1000 I/O with field devices and hardware configuration of CPU & I/O cards with regular maintenance. • Experience in RS232, RS485, Profibus & Ethernet Protocols and hardware connections related to electrical motors with CENTUM CS3000 DCS SYSTEM. • Developing instrument datasheets, instrument index, instrument loop diagrams, DCS and ESD interlocks, cause & effects metrics, etc. • Erection of all instruments, followed by plant drawing, targeted performance/quality & quantity parameters and thereafter handing over of the plant • Calibration and Maintenance of Field Instruments & GAS Analyzers. • Review of P&IDs, creating instrument lists, I/O lists, control logic, logic flow sheets, and database.

• Hands on experience on Erection, Commissioning of process controller instruments like: - temperature Elements, LEVEL, FLOW & PRESSURE Transmitter, pressure switch, Level sensor • Hands of experience in hazardous area like hydrogen bullets and LPG bullets. • Hands of experience in storage tanking system and its utility area. • Material Inspection on receipt of material & simultaneous documentation of the same in form of IMIR (Incoming Material Inspection Report). • Erection of valves as per P&ID (electric, pneumatic, control & hydraulic valves). • Technical Interface with consultant / Client on various issues. • Erection of all field instruments as per hookup diagrams (Pressure, Level, flow & temperature transmitters). • Worked closely with mechanical and electrical installation teams to ensure smooth transitions in job hand-offs and project workflow.
