Work Scope responsibilities: • Performed duty as electrical section Head and coordinate with operation team in all area of plant. • Ensure the smooth operation of plant with Max, performance of all E&I plant equipment. • Prepared and implementation of Daily, Weekly, Monthly & yearly preventive maintenance schedules of plant. • Implementation of ISO International stander SOPs at plant site. • Prepared all inventory relative documents in all area of plant. • During Commissioning work as commissioning in charge and performed Configuration, Testing, Commissioning and Troubleshooting of ABB protection Relays REF615 with ABB Configuration Tool & PCM600. • Configuration, Testing, Commissioning and Troubleshooting of ABB Frequency Drives ASC550, ACS580, ACS800, ACS850, ACS880 & ACS2000 with ABB Drive Composer. Key Achievements: • Commissioned the 3500TPD cement plant without any Chinese expert. • Optimized the plant operations with Max, Performance of plant E&I equipment. • Continues kiln operation for more than 1.5 years without major shutdown.

• Worked as Assistant Manager (E&I) area in charge clinker mill and packing plant (H&B) area. • Configuration, Testing, Commissioning and Troubleshooting of ABB protection Relays REF542Plus, REF615 and REF630 with ABB Configuration Tool REF542 Plus Configuration Tool & PCM600. • Configuration, Testing, Commissioning and Troubleshooting of ABB Frequency Drives ASC550, ACS580, ACS800, ACS850, ACS880 & ACS2000 with ABB Drive Composer. • Configuration, Testing, Commissioning and Troubleshooting of ABB Motor Control unit (MCUs) with PC. • Configuration, Testing, Commissioning and Troubleshooting of SEW LV Frequency Drives MOVIDRIVE, MOVITRAC & EURODRIVE with MOVITOOLs Motion Studio. • Contributing in programming and troubleshooting of SIEMENS Frequency drives Micro master 430. 440 & Sinamics Perfect Harmony GH 180. • Configuration, Testing, Commissioning and Troubleshooting of SIEMENS SIMOCODE with SIRIUS Engineering. • Installation & Commissioning of one Megawatt Solar power plant GGPS (German green power solutions). • Preparation and implementation of Daily, Weekly, Monthly & yearly preventive maintenance schedules of SMA & plant. • investors, PV cells, DC combiner and AC panels. • Rectify and troubleshoot the difference types of SMA invertors, PV cells, DC combiner and AC panels. • Prepared all inventory relative documents in cement mill and packing plant area. • Performed duty as commissioning coordinate in all area of plant. • Preparing and arrangement of all kind of testing documents for equipment (Cables, Motors, Transformers, MV&MCC trollies, VFDs and MV Switch gears. • Preparing all types of C2 and C3 commissioning certificates of (Cables, Motors, and Transformers, MV&MCC • trollies, VFDs and Switch gears in all areas. • Preparing equipment, area and substation grounding as per FLS & Loeschke standers. • Commissioning of Jaw & Cone crusher, Loeschke mills (Raw mill, Clinker mill & Coal mill), Kiln, Cooler and H&B • packing plant in 900TPD (FLS) cement plant.

• Lead the commissioning of 33kv grid station with ABB Engineer. • Steered efforts in working with Chinese at new line 3 commissioning of raw mill and kiln cooler area and line 1 upgradation of new EP and bag filter testing and commission of EP • Performed the maintenance and troubleshooting of MV Motors and Transformer, MCC and MV Penal • Administered the maintenance of low voltage motor replacing of bearings • Allen Bradley 6.6kv VVVF Drive Commissioning with Chinese Engineer • HICONIC 6.6kv VVVF Drive Commissioning with Chinese Engineer • MCU Relay and Digital Soft Starter
