Job Description
Job Purpose:

Provide high-level administrative support to the executive leadership team, ensuring smooth operations and efficient communication within SALIC.

Functional Responsibilities
1- Manage the executive team’s calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
2- Screen and prioritize incoming calls, emails, and correspondence for the executives.
3- Organize and coordinate executive meetings, including preparing agendas, materials, and minutes.
4- Arrange logistics for meetings, conferences, and special events.
5- Maintain and organize electronic and physical files, ensuring easy retrieval of information.
6- Coordinate travel plans, including flights, accommodations, and transportation for the executive team.
7- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
8- Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
9- Act as a liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders.
Qualifications and Certifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or similar fields.
Work Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience
Languages: Fluent in English
Required Technical Skills:
High Proficiency in basic software such as Microsoft Office, good knowledge of using AI tools,
internet Research Skills.
