I am an accomplished Energy Consultant and Solution Architect in Refinery Operations/DIGITAL X.0/Project Management/ Manufacturing Execution systems (MES)/ Asset Management/Process Automation/Digital Manufacturing.
I am currently working as Plant Computing Manager in NGHC (NEOM Green Hydrogen Company) where I lead and optimize OT/MES systems (AspenTech IP21), NGHC OT networks, and IT-OT integration. Drive strategy, governance, and cybersecurity compliance. Manage projects, vendors, and a team of OT specialists to ensure system reliability and continuous improvement.
I worked with Reliance Industries Limited in India as Shift Filed Engineer at World’s largest grass root refinery (Reliance Jamnagar). I had sound experience of refinery operations, Precommissioning, Commissioning, Start-up, Shutdown, Turnaround etc. I worked as Manager in core refinery operations for Alkylation and Aromatics complexes. I have exposure to software selection, vendor selection, feasibility study and functional consulting for Oil & Gas downstream industry. I had sound expertise on Installation, Configuration, Testing, FAT/SAT/Go-live of MES solution and its Integration with other Energy Downstream, Midstream and Upstream Applications.
I had led multiple projects in multiple industries over the last 18 years. I had broad technology, systems, and industry expertise in MES, A2A & B2B Integration, DCS, Control System, Process Automation, Project & Program Management.
I Worked as Principle in INFOSYS (Oil & Gas Business Consulting) in India where I leveraged my Strong industry business experience enabled me to design and analyses business processes, as well as formulate solutions aligned with the client’s business requirements (BP, CHEVRON). I have held project management and lead roles for multiple projects in both brownfield and Greenfield facilities. I possess excellent communication, client interaction expertise and Site Management skills.
I Worked with Honeywell & Accenture Delivery practices in India and across other geographies for clients across Energy – Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals. Delivered Blueprinting Strategy and implementation assignments including Digital Transformation Programs across several functional domains. I also lead the delivery of IT enhancement and integration projects for Saudi Aramco, Reliance, HMEL, YASREF, Petronas, ADNOC etc.
I worked as Senior Solution Architect – Digital Transformation/ iMOMS in Saudi Aramco (Ras Tanura). I worked there as SMP contractor through SRACO. As a Senior Solution Architect of GME (Global Manufacturing Excellence Team in Ras Tanura Refinery, I was working on introduction of new 4IR digital solutions, extend and sustain manufacturing solutions across other facilities including Refineries, Gas plants and JVs .
I worked as Senior Manager (Solutions & Services)-Digital Manufacturing Solutions for SymphonyIndustrial AI. I was taking care of Industrial Automation Product Applications & Product Services. I was catalyzing a team of Product Management, UX Design Engineers, IIOT system Engineers, Workflow System Engineers, Solution Architect, Product Owners, Product Development, QA & documentation including direct reports as well as shared services to deliver application-level solutions.
