Service Technician

Job Description

The Service Technician is responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing Bentley vehicles according to manufacturer standards.
The role requires strong technical knowledge of modern automotive mechanical, electrical, electronic, and diagnostic systems.
The technician will use specialist diagnostic equipment and workshop tools to identify faults and complete repairs safely and accurately.
The position plays an important role in maintaining vehicle reliability, customer satisfaction, safety, and premium service quality.

Key Responsibilities
Perform scheduled maintenance and servicing of vehicles.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, electronic, and system-related faults.
Use manufacturer-approved diagnostic equipment and workshop tools.
Conduct inspections and identify components requiring repair or replacement.
Complete repair work according to manufacturer specifications and procedures.
Test vehicles after repairs to confirm proper operation and safety.
Maintain accurate service records and technical documentation.
Follow workshop safety, environmental, and quality procedures.
Communicate technical findings and repair requirements to service advisors.
Maintain tools, equipment, and workshop areas in safe and operational condition.
