UX/UI Designer
Job Description
The UX/UI Designer is responsible for creating intuitive, accessible, and visually engaging digital experiences for users. The role combines user research, interaction design, information architecture, visual design, prototyping, and usability evaluation. The designer works closely with product managers, engineers, analysts, and other stakeholders to transform user needs into effective digital products. The position focuses on creating consistent experiences while continuously improving usability and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct user research and analyze user needs, behaviors, and feedback.
Create user journeys, personas, information architecture, and interaction flows.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and high-fidelity interface designs.
Design intuitive and responsive interfaces for web and digital applications.
Establish and maintain consistent UI patterns and design systems.
Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback into design improvements.
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders.
Translate business requirements into user-centered design solutions.
Ensure designs follow accessibility, usability, and responsive design principles.
Present design concepts and recommendations to stakeholders.
Work with developers during implementation to ensure design accuracy and consistency.
