IT Project Manager

Job Description

The IT Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering technology projects within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards. The role requires close collaboration with technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and leadership. The project manager oversees project scope, schedules, resources, risks, dependencies, and communication throughout the project lifecycle. The position ensures that technology initiatives deliver measurable business value and meet stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and manage IT projects from initiation through successful delivery.
Define project scope, objectives, milestones, deliverables, and schedules.
Coordinate project teams across engineering, design, data, security, and business functions.
Track project budgets, resources, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.
Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues.
Facilitate project meetings, planning sessions, status reviews, and stakeholder discussions.
Communicate project progress, challenges, and key decisions to stakeholders.
Manage changes to project scope and assess their impact on delivery.
Coordinate external vendors, partners, and technology suppliers when required.
Ensure projects follow appropriate Agile, Scrum, or other delivery methodologies.
Monitor project quality and ensure successful handover and documentation.
