IT Project Manager

Job Description

The IT Project Manager will plan, coordinate, and deliver technology projects from initiation through completion. The role requires managing project scope, schedules, resources, budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectations. The Project Manager will coordinate multidisciplinary technical teams and ensure that project deliverables meet agreed business and quality requirements. The position requires strong leadership, communication, planning, and problem-solving capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and manage IT projects according to defined objectives, scope, and timelines.
Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, and resource requirements.
Coordinate software, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and other technical teams.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Identify, assess, and manage project risks, dependencies, and issues.
Communicate project status, challenges, and achievements to stakeholders.
Manage relationships with internal teams, clients, vendors, and technology partners.
Ensure projects comply with organizational quality, security, and governance standards.
Facilitate project meetings, reviews, and decision-making sessions.
Maintain project documentation and support continuous project improvement.
