Data Analyst

Job Description

The Data Analyst will collect, analyze, and interpret business and operational data to support informed decision-making. The role involves working with structured and unstructured datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. The analyst will prepare dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for business and technical stakeholders. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are required to convert complex data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple business sources.
Develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for stakeholders.
Identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and business performance indicators.
Use SQL and analytical tools to extract and manipulate datasets.
Collaborate with business teams to understand reporting and analytical requirements.
Define and monitor relevant KPIs and performance metrics.
Investigate data quality issues and recommend corrective actions.
Automate recurring reports and data-analysis processes where possible.
Present analytical findings and recommendations to management.
Maintain documentation of data sources, methodologies, and analytical processes.
