Indra Sistemas, S.A., now operating under the Indra Group brand, is a major Spanish technology, defence and aerospace company headquartered in Alcobendas, Madrid, Spain. The company was formed in 1992 through the merger of CESELSA and INISEL and adopted the name Indra Sistemas in 1993. Indra provides advanced technology solutions, information technology services, digital transformation, defence systems, aerospace solutions, air traffic management, transport and mobility technologies, and security solutions. Through its Minsait business, it is also a significant provider of digital transformation and IT services, particularly in Spain and Latin America. According to its 2025 results, Indra had more than 62,000 employees, a presence in 46 countries, and business operations in more than 140 countries, making it a large multinational employer. Its 2025 revenue was approximately €5.46 billion.
