IT Project Manager

Job Description

The IT Project Manager leads technology projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring that projects meet agreed objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards. The role coordinates cross-functional teams involving technology, business, vendors, and other stakeholders. The Project Manager manages project risks, dependencies, resources, and communication throughout the delivery lifecycle. The position requires strong leadership, planning, stakeholder-management, and technology project delivery skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and manage IT projects from initiation to successful completion.
Define project scope, objectives, milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
Manage project budgets, resources, dependencies, and delivery schedules.
Coordinate software, infrastructure, data, security, and business teams.
Track project progress and communicate status to senior stakeholders.
Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
Coordinate external suppliers and technology partners where required.
Facilitate project meetings, workshops, planning sessions, and reviews.
Ensure projects follow appropriate governance, quality, security, and compliance standards.
Support Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
