IT Project Manager

Job Description

The IT Project Manager will manage technology projects from planning through delivery while ensuring that scope, timelines, budgets, quality, and stakeholder expectations are effectively controlled. The role requires close coordination between technical teams, business stakeholders, clients, and leadership. The Project Manager will identify risks, monitor project progress, and facilitate effective communication across distributed teams. The position is suited to professionals with strong leadership, organization, communication, and IT delivery capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and manage IT projects from initiation through completion.
Define project scope, objectives, milestones, and delivery plans.
Coordinate developers, QA engineers, analysts, architects, and other specialists.
Track project schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables.
Identify, assess, and manage project risks and dependencies.
Conduct project meetings and maintain effective stakeholder communication.
Monitor project performance against agreed objectives and KPIs.
Manage scope changes and communicate their impact to stakeholders.
Prepare project status reports and delivery documentation.
Promote Agile, Scrum, or other appropriate project-management practices.
