UX/UI Designer

Job Description

The UX/UI Designer will create intuitive, accessible, and engaging digital experiences for web and software applications. The role combines user research, interaction design, visual design, and usability principles. The designer will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, business analysts, and users throughout the product-development lifecycle. The position requires strong creative thinking combined with an understanding of technical and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct user research and gather user requirements.
Create user journeys, personas, wireframes, and prototypes.
Design intuitive interfaces for web and digital applications.
Develop and maintain UI design systems and reusable components.
Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes.
Conduct usability testing and incorporate user feedback.
Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate design implementation.
Ensure designs meet accessibility and usability standards.
Analyze user behavior and identify opportunities for experience improvements.
Present design concepts and recommendations to stakeholders.
