Cybersecurity Specialist

Job Description

The Cybersecurity Specialist will help protect Nokia’s information systems, applications, networks, and digital assets from cybersecurity threats and vulnerabilities.
The role involves monitoring security environments, assessing risks, investigating incidents, and implementing appropriate security controls.
The specialist will collaborate with IT, engineering, compliance, and security teams to strengthen the organization’s overall security posture.
The position requires knowledge of cybersecurity principles, threat detection, vulnerability management, incident response, and security best practices.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor security systems, networks, applications, and infrastructure for suspicious activities and threats.
Investigate cybersecurity alerts, incidents, vulnerabilities, and potential security breaches.
Conduct vulnerability assessments and support remediation of identified security weaknesses.
Implement and maintain security controls, policies, standards, and procedures.
Support security monitoring, threat detection, and incident-response activities.
Analyze security logs and events to identify potential threats and attack patterns.
Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to implement secure configurations and security improvements.
Assist with security assessments, audits, compliance activities, and risk-management processes.
