UX/UI Designer

Job Description

The UX/UI Designer will create intuitive, accessible, and engaging digital experiences for Telenor’s websites, applications, and customer-facing platforms.
The role combines user research, interaction design, visual design, prototyping, and usability testing to develop customer-focused solutions.
The designer will collaborate with product managers, developers, researchers, and business stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
The position will help ensure digital products deliver consistent, simple, and high-quality experiences across platforms and devices.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct user research and analyze customer needs, behaviors, and pain points.
Create user journeys, information architectures, wireframes, and interaction flows.
Develop high-fidelity UI designs and interactive prototypes.
Maintain and contribute to design systems, reusable components, and UI standards.
Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback into product designs.
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, UX researchers, and business teams.
Ensure designs are responsive and provide consistent experiences across devices.
Apply accessibility and usability principles to digital product experiences.
Translate complex business and technical requirements into simple user experiences.
Review implemented designs and work with development teams to ensure visual and functional consistency.
