UX/UI Designer

Job Description

The UX/UI Designer will create intuitive, accessible, and visually engaging digital experiences for Swisscom’s products and services. The role combines user research, interaction design, visual design, prototyping, and usability testing. The designer will work closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and business stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle. The position will focus on creating consistent experiences that meet user needs and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct user research to understand customer needs, behaviors, and pain points.
Create user journeys, information architectures, wireframes, and prototypes.
Design intuitive and responsive user interfaces for digital products.
Develop high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes.
Conduct usability testing and incorporate user feedback into designs.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, researchers, and other designers.
Maintain and contribute to design systems and UI component libraries.
Ensure designs follow accessibility, usability, and responsive design principles.
Present design concepts and recommendations to stakeholders.
Monitor product feedback and continuously improve the user experience.
