Job Description

The IT Business Consultant bridges business requirements and technology solutions to help organizations improve processes, systems, and business performance. The role involves understanding client objectives, analyzing business challenges, and recommending technology-enabled solutions. The consultant works with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project leadership throughout transformation initiatives. The position requires strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather, analyze, and document business and technology requirements.
Conduct workshops and discussions with clients and business stakeholders.
Analyze existing business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
Translate business requirements into functional and technology recommendations.
Develop business cases, process models, solution concepts, and functional documentation.
Collaborate with architects, developers, project managers, and technical specialists.
Support solution evaluation, implementation planning, and transformation initiatives.
Identify process automation and digital transformation opportunities.
Assist with user acceptance testing, solution validation, and implementation activities.
Present findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders and management.
