Aerospace NDT Technician (Level II)

Job Description

Dynamatic Technologies Ltd is seeking a certified Aerospace NDT Technician (Level II) to perform non-destructive testing on aerospace components and assemblies. The role involves conducting inspections using approved NDT methods, interpreting test results, and ensuring compliance with aerospace industry standards. The technician will contribute to maintaining product integrity and flight safety through accurate defect detection and reporting. This position requires strong technical knowledge, certification, and adherence to quality and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities
Perform Level II non-destructive testing using methods such as UT, PT, MT, RT, or ET as applicable.
Interpret inspection results and identify defects, discontinuities, or material anomalies.
Prepare and maintain NDT inspection reports and certification records.
Ensure all inspections are conducted according to approved procedures and aerospace standards.
Verify calibration and operational readiness of NDT equipment before use.
Coordinate with quality engineers and production teams regarding inspection findings.
Support investigations of non-conforming products and recommend corrective actions.
Maintain compliance with safety regulations, radiation safety requirements (where applicable), and company procedures.
Participate in proficiency testing and continuous skill development programs.
Assist in process improvements to enhance inspection efficiency and reliability.
