Job Description

The Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Systems Analyst supports the effective use and continuous improvement of EAM systems used to manage plant assets and maintenance activities.
The role focuses on system configuration, data quality, workflow optimization, reporting, and integration with other enterprise applications.
The analyst works closely with maintenance, reliability, engineering, procurement, and IT teams to ensure business requirements are accurately reflected in the EAM platform.
The position also supports users, analyzes system issues, and identifies opportunities to improve asset management processes.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze business requirements related to maintenance, asset management, and reliability processes.
Configure and maintain EAM modules, workflows, forms, and system settings.
Support asset master data, equipment records, maintenance plans, and work-order structures.
Monitor EAM data quality and identify inconsistencies or duplicate records.
Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics related to maintenance and asset performance.
Troubleshoot EAM system issues and coordinate resolutions with technical support teams.
Support integration between EAM systems and ERP, procurement, inventory, and other applications.
Document system configurations, processes, requirements, and technical procedures.
Provide training and functional support to EAM users across relevant departments.
Participate in system upgrades, testing, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
