Job Description

New Mowasat Hospital is seeking an IT Systems Support Officer to maintain and support the hospital’s IT infrastructure and healthcare systems. The role involves troubleshooting technical issues, supporting end users, and ensuring reliable operation of hospital software, hardware, and network services. The candidate should possess excellent technical problem-solving skills and customer service abilities. This position plays a key role in ensuring uninterrupted healthcare operations through efficient IT support.

Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for hospital hardware, software, and network systems.
Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and medical IT devices.
Troubleshoot system issues and resolve user technical problems.
Monitor network performance and system availability.
Support hospital information systems and electronic medical records.
Maintain IT security standards and user access controls.
Document support requests and maintain technical records.
Coordinate with vendors for system upgrades and equipment maintenance.
