Automation QA Inspector

Job Description

The Automation QA Inspector is responsible for inspecting automation systems, instrumentation installations, and control panels to ensure compliance with quality standards and project specifications. The role verifies workmanship, conducts inspections, and prepares quality reports throughout project execution. The inspector works closely with engineering, construction, and client representatives to ensure defect-free installations. Attention to detail and knowledge of QA/QC procedures are essential.

Key Responsibilities
Inspect instrumentation and automation installations.
Verify compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
Review inspection and test plans (ITPs).
Conduct quality inspections during installation and commissioning.
Prepare inspection reports and non-conformance reports.
Monitor corrective and preventive actions.
Coordinate with clients during quality inspections.
Ensure adherence to international QA/QC standards and safety procedures.
