Power BI Developer

Job Description

Ideas2IT Technologies is looking for a skilled Power BI Developer to transform business data into meaningful insights through interactive dashboards and reports. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and engineering teams to understand reporting requirements and develop scalable BI solutions. You will work with multiple data sources, optimize data models, and ensure report accuracy and performance. This role requires strong analytical skills, SQL expertise, and hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
Build and optimize data models using Power BI Desktop.
Develop DAX measures, calculated columns, and KPIs.
Connect Power BI to SQL databases, APIs, and cloud data sources.
Collaborate with business teams to gather reporting requirements.
Optimize report performance and troubleshoot data issues.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security standards.
Document BI solutions and provide end-user support.
