Job Description
The Plant Predictive Maintenance Data Analyst analyzes equipment performance data to identify maintenance trends and predict potential equipment failures before they occur. The role leverages advanced analytics, machine learning, and visualization tools to improve plant reliability and reduce unplanned downtime. The analyst works closely with maintenance, operations, and engineering teams to optimize asset performance. This position supports data-driven maintenance strategies that enhance operational efficiency and equipment lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze sensor, equipment, and maintenance data to identify performance trends.
Develop predictive maintenance models using statistical and machine learning techniques.
Create dashboards and reports to monitor equipment health and reliability.
Identify root causes of equipment failures through data analysis.
Collaborate with maintenance teams to prioritize preventive maintenance activities.
Validate predictive models using operational and historical data.
Integrate plant data from MES, SCADA, ERP, and IoT platforms.
Recommend process improvements to increase equipment uptime and reliability.
Prepare technical reports and present analytical findings to stakeholders.
Support continuous improvement initiatives using advanced data analytics.
