Job Description

The Media Asset Management (MAM) Coordinator manages the organization, storage, retrieval, and distribution of digital media assets across MBC Group. The role ensures media files are accurately cataloged, archived, and accessible to production teams while maintaining metadata quality and content integrity. The coordinator supports broadcast, OTT, and post-production operations through efficient asset workflows. Strong attention to detail and knowledge of digital media systems are essential for success.

Key Responsibilities
Organize, catalog, and archive digital media assets.
Maintain accurate metadata and content classification standards.
Support ingest, transcoding, and media distribution workflows.
Monitor media storage systems and ensure file integrity.
Coordinate with production and post-production teams for asset retrieval.
Troubleshoot media asset management system issues.
Ensure compliance with archival and content retention policies.
Prepare reports on asset usage, storage capacity, and workflow efficiency.
