Job Description

The Senior Digital Producer (Shahid OTT) is responsible for planning, producing, and delivering high-quality digital content for MBC Group’s Shahid streaming platform. The role collaborates with editorial, marketing, production, and technology teams to maximize audience engagement and platform growth. The incumbent oversees content schedules, campaign execution, and performance optimization while ensuring premium viewer experiences. This position requires strong leadership, creative storytelling, and a deep understanding of OTT platforms and digital media trends.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute digital content strategies for the Shahid OTT platform.
Manage end-to-end production of original digital programs and campaigns.
Coordinate with creative, editorial, marketing, and production teams.
Monitor content performance using audience analytics and engagement metrics.
Ensure timely publishing of content across digital channels.
Optimize content based on user behavior, trends, and platform insights.
Maintain quality standards, branding consistency, and editorial guidelines.
Lead cross-functional teams while managing project timelines and production budgets.
