Key Responsibilities
Process medical claims accurately and within turnaround times.
Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits.
Follow up on denied or pending insurance claims.
Maintain compliance with HIPAA and healthcare regulations.
Coordinate with providers, insurance companies, and patients.
Review billing errors and recommend corrective actions.
Prepare revenue cycle performance reports.
Support continuous process improvement initiatives.
