Job Description
Rebel Foods Tech is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide first-level and second-level IT support for internal users and business operations. The candidate will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues while ensuring minimal downtime across office and cloud-based systems. You will support employees, monitor IT infrastructure, and maintain service quality standards. This role requires strong technical knowledge, communication skills, and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
Troubleshoot software, hardware, and network-related issues.
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications.
Manage user accounts, access permissions, and IT assets.
Monitor IT systems and respond to service incidents promptly.
Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate teams.
Document support requests and maintain accurate service records.
Assist with system upgrades, maintenance, and security updates.
Support onboarding by setting up devices and user accounts.
Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and operational procedures.
