Bajaj Auto Ltd is seeking a New Product Introduction (NPI) Lead to manage the successful launch of new motorcycle and vehicle models into manufacturing. The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams from design, engineering, procurement, quality, and production to ensure seamless product introduction. The NPI Lead will oversee project timelines, manufacturing readiness, and risk management throughout the product development lifecycle. Excellent leadership, project management, and automotive manufacturing knowledge are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead cross-functional teams during new product development and launch.
Develop and manage NPI project plans, milestones, and implementation schedules.
Coordinate manufacturing readiness, tooling validation, and pilot production.
Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and production departments.
