Key Responsibilities
Welcome patients and visitors professionally.
Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments.
Register new patients and update existing patient information.
Handle billing, invoicing, and payment processing.
Respond to phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries.
Coordinate appointment reminders and follow-up calls.
Maintain confidentiality of patient records.
Assist with insurance documentation and claim processing.
Support administrative reporting and office documentation.
Ensure reception area remains clean and organized.
