LTI Mindtree is looking for an experienced M365 Enterprise Systems Architect to lead Microsoft 365 transformation initiatives for enterprise clients. The role involves designing secure collaboration environments, managing cloud migration strategies, and ensuring optimal Microsoft ecosystem performance. You will provide architectural guidance while supporting business productivity and digital workplace modernization. Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, Azure, and enterprise security is essential.

Key Responsibilities
Design enterprise Microsoft 365 architecture.
Lead Microsoft 365 migration and deployment projects.
Configure Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
Implement Microsoft security and compliance solutions.
Integrate Microsoft 365 with enterprise applications.
Optimize system performance and user experience.
Provide technical leadership for cloud modernization.
Monitor platform availability and security risks.
Create architecture standards and governance policies.
Support business continuity and disaster recovery planning.
