Job Description

LTI Mindtree is seeking an experienced Hyperledger Blockchain Solutions Architect to design and implement secure enterprise blockchain platforms for global clients. The role involves defining blockchain architecture, integrating distributed ledger technologies with enterprise systems, and ensuring scalability and compliance. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and cloud teams to deliver innovative blockchain-based business solutions. This position requires strong expertise in Hyperledger Fabric, smart contracts, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise solution architecture.

Key Responsibilities
Design enterprise blockchain solutions using Hyperledger Fabric.
Develop blockchain architecture aligned with business requirements.
Create and deploy smart contracts (Chaincode).
Integrate blockchain applications with enterprise systems and APIs.
Ensure blockchain security, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
Guide development teams on blockchain best practices.
Optimize blockchain network performance and scalability.
Prepare technical documentation and architectural diagrams.
Collaborate with DevOps teams for blockchain deployment.
Evaluate emerging blockchain technologies and recommend improvements.
