Job Description

The IT Infrastructure & ELV System Administrator manages the organization’s IT infrastructure and Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems to ensure secure, reliable, and efficient operations. The role includes maintaining servers, networks, security systems, CCTV, access control, and communication infrastructure across company facilities. The administrator provides technical support, performs system upgrades, and monitors overall infrastructure performance. Strong problem-solving abilities and knowledge of enterprise IT environments are essential.

Key Responsibilities
Administer servers, storage, and network infrastructure.
Maintain ELV systems including CCTV, access control, and fire alarm interfaces.
Monitor system performance and resolve infrastructure issues.
Perform software updates, security patches, and backups.
Configure network devices, switches, routers, and firewalls.
Ensure cybersecurity policies and data protection compliance.
Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and support services.
Maintain documentation for infrastructure assets and configurations.
