The Tourism Destination Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns that position Qatar as a premier global tourism destination. The role collaborates with hospitality partners, airlines, government agencies, and digital platforms to increase visitor arrivals and strengthen destination branding. The manager analyzes tourism trends, traveler behavior, and campaign performance to optimize marketing investments. This position plays a key role in enhancing Qatar’s international reputation through innovative promotional initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement destination marketing strategies for domestic and international markets.
Manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, social media, and traditional channels.
Coordinate with tourism boards, hotels, airlines, and event organizers for joint promotions.
Conduct market research to identify emerging travel trends and visitor preferences.
Monitor campaign KPIs, ROI, and tourism growth metrics.
Build partnerships with travel agencies, influencers, and international media.
Manage annual marketing budgets and promotional calendars.
Represent the organization at tourism exhibitions, trade fairs, and global events.
