Job Description

An Infrastructure Specialist at Ma’aden manages and supports the organization’s IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability, reliability, and security of critical systems. The role includes maintaining servers, storage, virtualization platforms, cloud environments, and network infrastructure. Infrastructure Specialists troubleshoot technical issues, implement upgrades, and support disaster recovery planning. They work closely with cybersecurity and application teams to ensure stable and secure IT operations across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain servers, storage, and virtualization infrastructure.
Monitor system performance and ensure high availability.
Install, configure, and upgrade infrastructure components.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
Support cloud infrastructure and hybrid environments.
Implement backup and disaster recovery solutions.
Maintain infrastructure security and access controls.
Collaborate with cybersecurity and application support teams.
Document infrastructure configurations and procedures.
Recommend technology improvements and capacity planning.
