The Project Controls Manager oversees project planning, scheduling, cost control, progress measurement, and reporting for major EPC projects. Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement project control procedures and reporting systems.
Monitor project budgets, expenditures, and cost forecasts.

Prepare management reports, dashboards, and project performance metrics.
Support contract administration and change management processes.
