Job Description

Finance Analysts support QatarEnergy’s financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities. They analyze financial data, evaluate business performance, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making. The role involves working with various departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and cost management. Finance Analysts contribute to maintaining financial efficiency across energy projects and operations.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
Analyze financial performance and identify trends.
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
Conduct cost analysis and profitability assessments.
Monitor project expenditures and budget utilization.
Assist in investment evaluation and business case development.
Prepare management reports and financial presentations.
Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
Support audit activities and financial controls.
Collaborate with business units on financial planning initiatives.
