Job Description

Cognizant is seeking a Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. The role involves gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver effective solutions that improve business performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
Conduct process analysis and identify opportunities for improvement.
Work closely with development, testing, and project teams to ensure successful implementation.
Prepare business requirement documents (BRD), functional requirement documents (FRD), and use cases.
Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure requirements are met.
Track project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Analyze data and generate reports to support business decisions.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices.
