Roles and Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Strategic Pricing & Revenue: Own and drive the Pricing and Planning charter for the Apparel BU to deliver revenue targets at desired profitability (Gross Margin).
Advanced Analytics: Support business decisions by formulating hypotheses, structuring problems, and utilizing statistical methods to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
Metric Ownership: Monitor and track key performance indicators such as revenue, item price, conversion, customer count, and inventory health to isolate problem areas or leverage strengths.
Stakeholder Management: Influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams (Planning, Category, Marketing, Finance) to align on demand requirements and meet organizational goals.
Reporting Excellence: Develop and implement robust reporting formats and dashboards that provide a 360-degree view of the portfolio’s health for senior leadership.
Project Management: Work with management to create a prioritized roadmap of needs for each business segment and outline specific data requirements for analysis projects.
