Manage and maintain relationships with key clients and strategic accounts.
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers.
Develop account plans to achieve sales and revenue targets.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services.
Monitor account performance and prepare business reviews.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial agreements.
Coordinate with internal teams such as operations, marketing, finance, and customer support.
Resolve client issues and ensure timely delivery of products or services.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
Generate reports and forecasts related to account performance.
