Job Description
As an Associate Omnichannel Key Account Manager, you will serve as the primary liaison between top-tier brands and our internal cross-functional teams (Tech, Operations, Bizfin, and Category). You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of brand management, from initial onboarding and cataloguing to strategic growth and operational excellence.
Core ResponsibilitiesAccount & Relationship Management Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the central point of contact for brands and internal departments to ensure seamless communication.Cataloguing & Go-Live: Oversee listing activities and rigorously maintain Turnaround Time (TAT) schedules for new stores and sub-brands.Performance Tracking: Maintain detailed trackers to monitor progress and consistently achieve weekly targets.Strategic Growth & PlanningBrand Strategy: Formulate and execute comprehensive brand strategies to drive market presence.Pricing & Promotions: Analyze market trends to suggest effective discounting strategies to brand partners.Financial Planning: Propose marketing budgets aligned with GMV (Gross Merchandise Value) and NGMV targets.
