 Lead a team of 8 during my past 3 years as IT operations Engineer in a 24/7 shift.  Provide technical assistance to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.  Troubleshoot and resolve issues related with Windows servers, Linux Server and Networking devices such as switches, routers.  Hands on experience in managing cloud infrastructure and deploying Windows and Linux servers, along with configuring VPN, security protocols, ports, Load Balancers etc.  Proficient in virtualization platforms such as VMWare, Nutanix.  Performing user and group management in Active Directory.  Monitoring operation of network hardware and equipment using SolarWinds, Site 24/7.  Install and configure operating systems, applications, and software updates.  Taking remote control to servers and systems for troubleshooting the issues raised with tickets by customers.  Good knowledge in networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN.  Automating routine system administration tasks using shell scripting.  Perform database backups, recovery, and regular maintenance tasks.  Continuously monitor system health and performance using automated tools.  Handling customer’s issue with ticket tool (Service Now).  Quickly diagnose and resolve system issues and outages to minimize impact.  Create and update internal wiki pages to document processes, procedures, and best practices.  Regularly check system logs, CPU usage, memory usage, and network performance to ensure optimal functioning.

 Continuously monitor the health and performance of AWS resources like EC2 instances, databases, load balancers, etc.  24x7 support for keeping mission critical infrastructure up all time.  Set up and manage alerts for critical events (e.g., high CPU/memory utilization, network connectivity issues, service disruptions).  Proficient knowledge in tools like CloudWatch, Nagios, Site 24x7, SolarWinds.  Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to AWS infrastructure and applications.  Reimaging the systems and delivering the systems to the customers.  Taking backup of the data and transferring to new system if old system damaged.  Updated internal customers regarding open tickets and status of resolutions.  Closed first-time tickets quickly and met resolution volume requirements.
