 Recording all financial data using ERP software’s like Oracle NetSuite, Quick Books, Tally ERP, Zoho books, and Xero.  Recording Sales and purchases using 3 Way matching to eliminate duplicate entries.  Reconciling Bank accounts, Petty cash, Receivables and payables accounts every month and year end.  Reviewing Fixed asset register, calculating value of asset during sale of scrap and passing depreciation entries every month.  Processing staff salaries by adjusting staff loans and advances if any and calculating Overtime wages.  Passing monthly provisions related to Air fare allowance, Leave salaries and End of service benefits.  Raising intercompany invoices and reconciling with related party statements on a periodical basis.  Finalizing Trial balance with supporting schedules.  Reconciling all general ledgers during monthly and annual closing of accounts.  Preparing and finalizing VAT Returns, filing and making payment for the Tax authorities  Examining and analysing accounting records and financial statement to assess accuracy, completeness and conformance to the higher management  Coordinating with external auditors for stock audit and annual audit.  Implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures  Secures financial information by completing database backups and keeping information confidential  Performs other duties in line with scope of work and as assigned by the manager

 Processing Sales order while ensuring timely order delivery and receipt of payment  Handling cash within high volume of retail environment  Processing payments, refunds and exchanges ensuring all prices and quantities are accurate  Resolving customer complaints in timely manner  Reconciling daily sales, available stock and payments received during a time period accurately  Involving in market evaluation which helps in finding prices and policies variations with market competitors
