HR Generalist
Job Description
What You’ll Be Working On
- Play a key role in providing HR support to the HRBP team which also includes providing HR generalist support for two US based Strategic HR
- Business partners and their associated business units and HRBP for APAC.
- Partner with HR Business Partners on the rollout of new programs and HR-related initiatives.
- Collaborate with the HRBP team, leadership and employees to help to create an engaged and high performing culture that helps the company to achieve business objectives.
- Serve as secondary contact for client groups with general understanding of business challenges within specific business units.
- Liaise with the global HR Ops team and/or Payroll on needed employee changes such as promotions, manager changes and salary adjustments.
- Leverage people data analytics to assist HRBPs with business solutions.
- Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Driving Engagement Strategy: Implement engagement activities to drive employee engagement and foster a positive work environment.

- Knowledge of HR systems and processes (HRIS) and expertise with Excel.

Education & Experience
- University degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Experience of 2-3 years in a global HR Specialist or HR Operations role
- Ability to work independently and as an active, collaborative member of the team
- HR system experience, Workday preferred
- Strong proficiency in Excel
- Excellent customer service both internally and externally
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
- Must be flexible in both tasks and work hours
- Must be proactive and take ownership of tasks given
- High level of confidentiality required
