Client : Dar Petroleum Operating Company (South Sudan) JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: • Reading and implementation on P&I Drawings, Hook-up drawing. etc. • Involving in day-to-day preventive maintenance for field instruments, individual inspection, calibration, loop simulation as per standard procedures. • Responsible for running maintenance (Preventive and Corrective), Shutdown and Break down maintenance. • On line and off line calibrations of field instruments such as control valves, smart transmitters, displacer type level transmitters, gauges, local indicators, controllers and many others. • Testing and troubleshooting of on plant field instruments, also handled instrument data bases such as P&ID, ILD, vendor and engineering documents. • Preparing and editing of procedures related to preventive maintenance. • Effective corrective maintenance at the break down & problem appearing period in the instrument. • Carrying out periodic checks of trip loops and status confirmation alarm simulation and verification in DCS. • Have worked with Smart transmitter made of ABB etc. Used to make measurement of different parameter like Pressure, Flow, Temperature, Level etc. • Have worked with HART communicator made of Rosemount –275, 375 & 475. • Special type of transmitter like Micro motion mass flow meter, Magnetic flow meter, Radar type level transmitters, Nuclear type level transmitters, Capacitance type level transmitter, ENRAF Tank gauge and Load Cell Weight transmitter. • Masoneilan ,Fisher, Valtek,, ABB, Yamatek, Honeywell, Adams, control valve • Kinetrol, Kitamura, Pibivisi, Orton, ITT Fabric, Ebro On-Of Valve, • Maintenance of DCS & PLC under the supervision of System Engineer/Supervisor
