PROJECTS ➢ Emarati School, Al Hamriyah, Sharjah • Studying Architectural/Civil/MEP Design Drawings • Reading shop drawings and executive site activities as per the approved shop drawings of HVAC (Ducting & Chilled Water), Plumbing (Drainage & Water Supply) • Quantity Takeoff from the shop drawings and preparing Materials and submission to the procurement team. • Preparation of Daily reports, monthly statement, and assessments reports of the site activities. • Installation, Pressure Test & Insulation for Water Supply Pipes (UPVC & PPR Pipes) • Installation, Gravity Test/Leak Test for Drainage Pipes for External and Inside (UPVC & HDPE) • Installation, Pressure Test & Insulation for Chilled Water Pipes. • Submission of MIR (Material Inspection Report) WIR (Work Inspection Report) and Variation sheet to consultant. • Reviewing and approval of subcontractor claim and variation sheets • Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Plumbing Pumps, Booster, • Transfer, Circulation and Sewerage. • Installation of Plumbing Fixtures / Sanitary ware. • Installation and Insulation of HVAC Ducting and Dampers (GI, MS & PI). Installation of HVAC Equipment’s like FCU, AHU, FAHU, KEF, TEF, GEF, SEF, MAF, SPF and LPF. • Ensure the Company’s HSE regulations are respected. • Ensure that all tools and equipment are calibrated and valid for use. • Submitting the As Built Drawings, O&M Manual, T&C Report, Warranty certificates and other close out documents to client. ➢ Slaughter House, Al Wathba, Abu Dhabi • Studying Architectural/Civil/MEP Design Drawings • Reading shop drawings and executive site activities as per the approved shop drawings of HVAC (Ducting & Chilled Water), Plumbing (Drainage & Water Supply) and Firefighting (Sprinkler & Hose reel cabinet). • Quantity Takeoff from the shop drawings and preparing Materials and submission to the procurement team. • Preparation of Daily reports, monthly statement, and assessments reports of the site activities. • Submission of MIR (Material Inspection Report) WIR (Work Inspection Report) and Variation sheet to consultant. • Reviewing and approval of subcontractor claim and variation sheets • Installation, Testing and Insulation of Drainage and Water supply services. • Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Plumbing Pumps, Booster, • Transfer, Circulation and Sewerage. • Installation of Plumbing Fixtures / Sanitary ware. • Installation and Insulation of HVAC Ducting and Dampers (GI & PI). • Installation of HVAC Equipment’s like FCU, AHU, FAHU, Extract Fans • Ensure the Company’s HSE regulations are respected. • Ensure that all tools and equipment are calibrated and valid for use. • Submitting the O&M Manual, T&C Report, Warranty certificates and other close out documents to client. ➢ Staff Accommodation Compound, Abu Al Abyad, Abu Dhabi Project Engineer • Studying Architectural/Civil/MEP Design Drawings • Studying IFC Drawing in relating with Tender/Design Drawing, identifying changes from tender/Design Drawing, indicating the addition and deletion of QS • Review of Contract scope of work and Project Specification • Providing the technical assistance/support to the site supervisor to resolving the technical issues • Preparation of method statement by coordinating with QA/QC Engineers • Submitting the Material Submittal with sample & technical literature to consultant • Preparation of MIR (Material Inspection Report) and WIR (Work Inspection Report). • Installation of HVAC, Plumbing and Drainage System. • Testing & Commissioning for AHU, FAHU and Fans • Testing & Commissioning for Booster Pumps, Transfer Pumps, Filtration Pump and Circulation Pumps and GRP Tank & Filtration System. • Testing and Commissiong for Water Supply and Drainage System • Submitting the O&M Manual, T&C Report, Warranty certificates and other close out documents to client.
