Roles and Responsibilities: - Analyze the financial statements, and do the needful to ensure the FS are correct (GAAP & IFRS). Perform the finalization of accounts by monthly and yearly. (It includes maintain fixed assets schedule, prepayment schedules, provision schedules, closing entries, depreciation entries, inventory adjustments, periodical checking of FS, bank reconciliation, depreciation entries, etc.) Prepare budgets and cash flow statements, compare with actual and find the variances. Verify the accounts payables and receivables and ensure the receipts & payments are processed on time. (Includes processing the STL and repayments, online payments, issue cheques, etc.) Produce cost statement of the products to identify the current status of profitability and cost structure. Prepare salary sheet by monthly and process the salary, maintain payables to employees, etc. Check and verify the VAT transactions are recorded properly. Discuss the implications of the new & existing ideas, decisions and strategies that are appropriate or not at the present circumstances of the company. Conduct the monthly stock taking and ensure the stocks quantities and values are correct, adjust the differences in stocks. (Inventory Management) Co-ordinate with the Auditing activities, provide the supporting documents as per audit requirements. Overlook on the chart of accounts, sales reports, purchase entries & reports, A/R, A/P, sales commission reports, stock reports, etc. Produce and submit the reports for decision making
