• Monitor all ongoing civil works and verify its compliance with the specifications, approved drawings and applicable Saudi Aramco standards. • Inspect and check all bench mark ,setting out , ROW backfilling , trench’s excavation, prepadding ,postpadding ,berm activities as per DGS 9550-002. • Conduct inspection to the testing carried out by the third party on pre-concrete activities and during concrete activities of structures and analyze whether the results meet the requirements. • Prepared Request for Inspection (RFI) and secured approval of Aramco Project Management Team (PMT) and Project Inspection Division (PID) inspector after a joint inspection was conducted. • Inspection and checking of formworks, rebar ,precast foundations erection installation works of Thrust anchor, Cellar wall, valve supports ,Pipe support ,scrapper launcher .scrapper receiver support ,mobile skid foundations and the kill line foundations etc..prior to concrete pouring and non-shrink grouting work. • Coordinate with the personnel of the client and the contractor personnel involve in the project pertaining the quality matters,Perform other jobs with competence that may be assigned by the QC Manager. • Monitor all ongoing civil works and verify its compliance with the specifications, approved drawings & Applicable Saudi Aramco Standards. • Witness field density test of the third party and review the reports in against criteria & specifications requirements. • Conduct inspection to the testing carried out by the third party on asphalt activities of Road crossing whether the results meet the requirements. • Prepare a request for inspection (RFI) & checklist in accordance to approved inspection technical procedure (ITP) prior to commence of work. • Prepare Non Conformance Report (NCR), if the scope of works and quality of materials did not comply in Aramco Standards. • Submit weekly report to Saudi Aramco PID, the finished RFI for the week. • Implement latest Design Change Notice, Ensure reference of documents as per requirement & quality output. • To Issue NCR or Discrepancy report in the event of the non-conforming work done by Conduct quality toolbox meeting related to different activities for proper awareness of construction tea

• Preparation of weekly schedule updates, preparation of the actual vs. plan, target and Forecast reports. Preparation of resource productivity reports. • Prepare what if analysis and scenario. Analyze programmes and highlight to project managers area of concern and give Suggestions for remedial action to be taken to avoid slippages from the programmes. • Maintain risk, variation, time claim register. Responsible for project planning, monitoring, review and control to ensure timely Completion.Monitor the progress at sites, prepare and review statistical data and report progress of Projects to management/Clients as required. Preparing QC weekly look ahead, • Inspected the construction work regularly to ensure that the contractor follows the contract and the building codes and the work is done accordingly. • Prepared and confirmed the payrolls of the employees working at the site. • Reviewed the various drawings of the contractor and took photographs of the actual site. • Performed regular surveys to ensure that the work is progressing according to the plan
