Reviewing project deliverables and make sure that all plans are established according to the proejct delevarables. -Review designs, drawings and specification and confirm its ability to execute. -Prepare engineering submittals (Shop drawings, prequalifications, materials), and cordinate with the consultant technically. -Order the requied materials quantities for the project and make sure to issue the PO on time, and follow up the delivery status. -Inspect delivered materials to ensure all materials are as per project specifications and quality standard. -Allocating appropriate resources and ensuring their availability throughout the project period, and assign the responsibilities for each team, and providing consultative and mentoring advice for them. -Conduct a coordination meeting between all subcontractors to make sure that all of them are aligned to execute the work at site.
