Follow up Cheque return payment • Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings. • Maintaining up-to-date financial records of lease properties, Inc. lease rental incomes maintenance expenses etc. • Ensure timely receipt of rental incomes preparation of Ejari,TC ,and renewal • Monitor owner's funds' availability for drawings etc. • Prepares security deposit refund invoices, Clearance and calculates penalty if any. • Compute taxes, and prepare tax invoices for tenants. • Expert in property leasing • Experience in handling commercial, Warehouse, and Labor camps • Assist Auditors to the finalization • Knowledge about rent calculation in RERA • Performs other related duties as assigned.
