Develop and implement Quality Control plans and procedures for construction projects. • Tendering Documents Preparing Construction Methodology and PQP, QMS. • Preparing the Project Quality Plan and conducting site Quality Management System (QMS) induction and training for all members of the site team. • Tracking, monitoring, and controlling sites input into the quality system ensuring compliance with QMS. • Preparation for Document submissions for client or consultant for approval of the Method of the statement, ITP, WIR, MIR, RFI, MSF, Checklist, and Test certificate. • Preparing Risk Register and Lessons Learned. • Follow WMS permit System. • Aconex Regularly follows up on the submission documents. • Review and approve quality-related documentation, such as material submittals and testing reports. • Preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports as per the client and consultant requirements. • Attend the Quality weekly meeting and Prepare MOM. • Submit to structural inspection municipality and inspection with municipality engineer. • Pre-inspection meeting. (TPI, Client, consultant) • Responsible for the Structural and architectural quality inspection, materials Verification, and quality documentation. • Conduct regular inspections to verify compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards. • Ensure that project Green Building Requirements as set by authorities for various constituent materials are complied with. • Final inspection of client and consultant for approval. • Rising NCR and site observation. • Conduct an investigation for any NCRs and submit the report to the Quality Manager for review prior to issuance to the relevant party. • Closing NCR/CPARR. • Compliance as per code standards and receiving relevant material certificates and test reports from suppliers. • Providing training related to work to the worker's QA/QC processes and requirements. • Conducting Quality Toolbox Training at the site regularly to improve the work competency of the workers. • Conduct audits of subcontractors and suppliers to ensure they meet quality requirements. • Responsible for all the documentation of the project is updated and attached with all required supportive documents. • Preparing Project Closeout Documents and Submit to Client and Consultant.

Inspection of all precast units upon delivery and installation. • To conduct quality control inspection of the precast units before, during, and after the casting operation. • To oversee the demolding & and stripping of cast elements ensuring that the required lifting strength is met. • Conducting required tests for pre-cast elements. • Conducting trial mix prior to the approval of concrete suppliers. • Control of non-conforming products, procedures, and practices. • Coordinate with the client representatives to ensure that inspections are carried out expediently. • Control NCRs to be closed out within the due date and support to prepare corrective Action Plans properly. • Inspect incoming material deliveries by confirming specifications and compliance with approved submittals and conduct visual and measurement tests in conjunction with the onsite logistics team.
